Receptionist – Hotel Front Desk

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join the front‑desk team at Wyndham Manta in Ecuador. The role involves welcoming guests, handling check‑in and check‑out, providing information on rates and services, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and guide guests throughout their stay.
• Manage check‑in, check‑out and room assignment processes.
• Provide information on rates, promotions and hotel services.
• Respond quickly to in‑person, phone and digital guest inquiries.
• Record guest data and coordinate requests with internal departments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception, customer service or hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems and office software.
• Clear communication, courteous attitude and strong organization.
• Availability for rotating shifts in Manta.
• Completed high school or equivalent education.

Required skills

• Reservation system operation.
• Office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
