Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global HR team. You will help identify and assess both technical and non‑technical profiles for BairesDev and its clients, working entirely remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information online to evaluate overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, video call, LinkedIn or email to gauge interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal and technical interviews, send invitations and keep records up to date.
• Conduct initial interviews to verify qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in recruiting.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management, organization and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
