About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to support its growing portfolio of technology projects. Working remotely, you will act as the bridge between client services, sales, and the talent acquisition team, ensuring the right technical talent is matched to business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, select, and present pre‑vetted candidates for ongoing IT opportunities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side, maintaining short time‑to‑market.
• Review and filter candidate pipelines according to defined parameters.
• Write candidate summaries and edit resumes for effective presentation.
• Communicate regularly with clients, client services, and sales teams to align expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Analytical, adaptable, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business orientation with a focus on process efficiency.
• Team‑first attitude and excellent collaboration skills.
• Articulate and eloquent English communication (advanced level).
