Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR team. You will identify, assess, and engage both technical and non‑technical candidates for BairesDev and its clients, working entirely remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information online to evaluate overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, Skype, LinkedIn or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to verify qualifications, experience, interests and logical reasoning.
• Arrange and confirm technical interview sessions.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience; recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Experience with online and phone sales techniques is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT industry head‑hunting is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
