Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global HR team. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, assessing, and guiding both technical and non‑technical candidates for BairesDev and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and online information to evaluate overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, video call, LinkedIn or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal and technical interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in recruiting or related fields.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
