Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global HR team. The role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and guiding both technical and non‑technical candidates for internal needs and client projects, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and online information to determine overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, video calls, LinkedIn, or email to gauge interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and technical interviews, sending invitations and maintaining accurate records.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, motivation, and logical reasoning.
• Provide continuous follow‑up and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience; prior recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Experience with online and phone sales techniques is advantageous.
• Familiarity with IT industry head‑hunting is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
