Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global HR team. Working fully remotely, you will help identify and assess both technical and non‑technical profiles for BairesDev and its clients, ensuring a smooth hiring experience from outreach to final interview.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information online to evaluate overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, Skype, LinkedIn or email to gauge interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal and technical interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience; prior recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Experience with online or phone sales techniques is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT industry head‑hunting is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
