About the role
BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Solution Architect to lead the definition and sourcing of technical talent for client projects. This remote position works with a global team of top‑tier engineers and helps match the right skills to demanding technology initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Drive technology assessments and validation processes, acting as a liaison between clients and the sourcing team.
- Conduct final screening and interviews to identify the best engineers for each role.
- Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles across multiple tech stacks.
- Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and emerging technologies.
- Train candidates on various technologies and collaborate with sales to improve time‑to‑market.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
- Proven background in software development across several programming languages and domains.
- Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
