About the role
Lead the strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of the Group’s technology infrastructure across all stations in Latin America and the Caribbean. Ensure a secure, reliable, scalable and cost‑efficient environment that supports business growth and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 24‑month rolling infrastructure strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities and SAP S/4HANA timelines.
- Own the infrastructure operating model (Group/Cluster/Station) including RACI, standards, service definitions, SLAs and escalation paths.
- Manage a portfolio of infrastructure programs such as network refresh, WAN/SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi, data‑center virtualization, M365/endpoint modernization, backup/DR and cloud migrations.
- Ensure high availability, performance and resilience of network, servers, storage, voice/data and site connectivity; define and monitor SLA targets.
- Co‑own the cybersecurity program, executing hardening, identity & access, endpoint protection, patching, vulnerability management and SIEM reporting.
- Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation and budget ownership (OPEX/CAPEX) while driving cost optimisation.
- Develop and coach Cluster IT Managers, IT Coordinators and field support staff, establishing clear objectives and performance reviews.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; master’s degree a plus.
- 12+ years progressive IT experience, including 8+ years leading complex infrastructure programs in multi‑country operations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Formal project‑management training (PMP, PRINCE2) and ITIL v4 Foundation preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, Azure/AWS associate, Fortinet or Palo Alto are advantageous.

- Network architecture, SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi design and implementation.
- Data‑center virtualization, Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
- Backup, disaster‑recovery and cloud migration expertise.
- Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), patch and vulnerability management.
- Firewall configuration, network segmentation and SIEM monitoring.
- Project‑management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2) and ITIL processes.
