Sales Associate

About the role

MEDLIFE is looking for a proactive Sales Associate who can engage with international students and partners to promote access to healthcare, education, and safe housing. You will work remotely or in a hybrid setting, driving conversations that lead to real‑world impact.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct real sales prospecting, qualification, objection handling, and follow‑up with prospective students and partners.
• Maintain activity, quality, and conversion metrics while continuously improving outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Near‑native English (C1‑C2) with strong conversational confidence.
• 6‑12 months experience in sales, customer service, outreach, or a similar people‑facing role.
• Excellent communication skills: clear, warm, curious, and structured.
• Visible social energy that quickly builds trust.
• Grit and consistency to handle rejection and silence.
• Coachability – able to take feedback and adjust quickly.
• Alignment with MEDLIFE’s mission to improve access to basic services.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM system.
• Prospecting and follow‑up via LinkedIn, Instagram, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Basic data mindset focused on activity, quality, conversion, and improvement.
