Recruiting Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join BairesDev’s global recruiting team. In this remote position you will support a variety of hiring projects, work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, and help shape our staffing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the staffing strategy for company openings.
• Gather information related to profile requirements and job assignments.
• Work with the recruiting team to identify potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify growth opportunities.
• Suggest improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Good level of English.
