IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will act as a bridge between client services, sales, and the broader recruiting function, ensuring that pre‑vetted technical candidates are matched quickly and effectively to business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize the existing pool of pre‑vetted IT candidates.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open positions.
• Write candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side.
• Coordinate communication with clients, client services, and sales teams.
• Meet recruitment deadlines while optimizing time‑to‑market and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven.
• Nice to have: background in the IT industry or technical knowledge.
