IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will act as a strategic bridge between client services, sales, and the broader recruiting function, helping to staff ongoing IT projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and manage the pre‑vetted candidate pool to fill open IT positions efficiently.
• Review, filter, and select candidates according to defined parameters and guidelines.
• Write candidate summaries, edit resumes, and present profiles to clients.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end vetting processes from the client side, ensuring timely placements and revenue optimization.
• Maintain clear communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and process‑oriented approach.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment and a collaborative, team‑first attitude.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
