Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to own the candidate experience across its global talent acquisition pipeline. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, ensuring a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment process for both technical and non‑technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate proactively with candidates, follow up on their progress, and maintain high engagement throughout the hiring cycle.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, interview evaluations, and test results.
• Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes to match client requirements.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments, and act as the point of contact during client interviews.
• Schedule and track interviews, tests, and assessments while keeping candidates informed and motivated.
• Provide comprehensive candidate data to the staffing team to enable optimal resource allocation.
