About the role

The Cooperative seeks a senior manager to lead its administrative, financial and operational activities. The role ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards while driving institutional objectives and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, administer and control all administrative, financial and operational processes of the cooperative.
• Guarantee adherence to current legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the cooperative meets its institutional goals, maintaining solvency, efficiency and proper resource management.

Required profile

• University degree (third or fourth level) in Administration, Economics, Finance, Financial Law or related fields.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in financial business, risk management or financial law, preferably within savings and credit cooperatives or other national financial institutions.
• Certificates confirming at least 60 hours of recent training (within the last three years) in areas such as business administration, audit, good governance, popular and solidarity economy, accounting, financial risk, financial law, finance, anti‑money laundering, or related subjects, issued by the SEPS control body.
