French-Speaking Operations Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive French‑speaking Operations Assistant to support the daily management of our expanding short‑term rental portfolio. Working remotely, you will act as the primary point of contact for guests and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless stays.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of short‑term rental properties across multiple booking platforms.
• Communicate with guests in French and English, handling check‑ins, check‑outs, inquiries, reviews and any issues.
• Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance crews to guarantee properties are guest‑ready.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, pricing updates and assist with listing optimization.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports and channel management data.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, vacation rentals or property management is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.

Required skills

• Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO platforms.
• Familiarity with property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway or Hospitable.
• Knowledge of revenue‑management tools like PriceLabs.
