About the role

Join BairesDev’s Executive Search team as a remote Executive Recruiter. You will be responsible for sourcing and assessing senior‑level talent for both internal needs and client organizations, helping to build high‑impact leadership teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to identify executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Support offer negotiations and manage the placement process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks to continuously source qualified talent.
• Stay informed about market trends to refine recruitment approaches.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfill hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
