Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead the search, assessment, and placement of senior‑level talent for its global client base. This fully remote position focuses on identifying high‑impact leaders who can drive strategic growth for companies across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level roles.
• Facilitate offer negotiations, salary discussions, and contract finalization.
• Proactively source top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial positions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
