Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for its global client base. Working remotely, you will partner with clients to identify, attract and place high‑impact leaders who drive strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, cultural fit and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring alignment between client and candidate expectations.
• Proactively source top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Broad knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
