Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead the sourcing, assessment, and placement of senior‑level talent for its global clients. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while partnering with top‑tier organizations in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level roles.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively identify and attract top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial positions.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Strong knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
• Advanced level of English.
