About the role
We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a fast‑moving US or Canadian startup executive. The role is fully remote and serves as the right‑hand for an executive who values proactive, independent coordination across operations and administration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting and event planning.
- Streamline and improve internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, documentation and reports.
- Conduct data analysis, prepare dashboards and support project coordination.
- Facilitate cross‑team communication using Google Workspace, Slack and Notion.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in operations, project or recruiting coordination, or a similar role.
- Fluent (C1) written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote‑first environment.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and enthusiastic about AI tools.

What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
