About the role

We are looking for a proactive Kitchen Assistant to support our satellite kitchen operations. The role involves preparing large‑scale meals, handling knives safely, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and assemble meals in high‑volume production settings.
Handle knives and other kitchen tools with precision and safety.
Maintain hygiene and follow food safety protocols.
Work rotating shifts to support continuous kitchen operations.
Provide courteous service and assistance to customers.

Required profile

Proactive attitude with ability to adapt to changes.
Experience or knowledge in mass food production.
Understanding of safe food handling standards.
Team‑oriented mindset and strong customer focus.
