Associate Graduate Full‑Stack Developer (Women & Gender Diversity)

About the role

Join a collaborative product‑focused team as an Associate Graduate Full‑Stack Developer. You will work on frontend, backend, cloud and AI‑related areas while adopting an AI‑first mindset to accelerate learning and improve solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack features using C#.NET and Angular.
• Write clean, iterative code following TDD, Clean Code, Refactoring, SOLID and OO design principles.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to boost productivity.
• Apply continuous delivery practices to increase speed and reliability of releases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative customer experiences.
• Stay current with Thoughtworks Technology Radar and apply new ideas to client problems.

Required profile

• Less than one year of professional experience in a technical role (internships excluded).
• Experience or confidence building projects with C#.NET and Angular.
• Strong computer‑science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases.
• Basic understanding of object‑oriented programming principles with hands‑on practice.
• Ability to write readable, maintainable, extensible code and awareness of testing.
• Familiarity with the broader technical ecosystem (infrastructure, runtime, web architecture, OS).
