About the role
Valatam is looking for a Sales Portfolio Manager to act as a strategic partner for its leadership team. This fully remote position focuses on Latin American markets and oversees the entire sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry through proposal development and deal closure.
- Develop client proposals and budgets for event production projects.
- Maintain strong client communications and relationships throughout the sales process.
- Support sales development activities, opportunity management, and lead tracking in Salesforce.
- Research existing clients to uncover new business opportunities.
- Draft outreach communications and follow‑up emails.
- Manage the company newsletter and LinkedIn presence.
- Assist with workflow improvements and automation across systems.

What we offer
- Hourly rate starting at USD $6/hr (approx. $1,044/month).
- Annual pay increments and discretionary client bonuses.
