Customer Success Associate - Key Accounts

About the role

Inspectorio is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join its Key Accounts team in Ecuador. The role supports Customer Success Managers in delivering exceptional experiences, driving platform adoption, and ensuring smooth onboarding and renewal processes for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiencies, process improvements, and cross‑functional collaboration for the Key Accounts team.
• Assist in business reviews and strategic check‑ins with customers.
• Prepare and present 360° views of customer health metrics and KPIs.
• Support renewal and invoicing activities to ensure timely contract continuity.
• Help with customer onboarding, configuration, and training aligned to business processes.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns and blockers to adoption.
• Document customer insights and internal processes to maintain knowledge continuity.
• Build working knowledge of customer business contexts through analysis, process mapping, and strategic reviews.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (written and verbal) and based in Ecuador.
• Strong customer relationship and advocacy skills, building trust‑based connections.
• Ability to gather and apply business context to improve outcomes and engagement.
• Willingness to learn Inspectorio’s platform and support client configurations.
• Effective communication skills for executive‑level materials and strategic conversations.
• Adaptable mindset, eager to grow in a dynamic SaaS environment.
• Genuine interest or knowledge in manufacturing, supply chain, or retail.

Required skills

• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve productivity.
