Office of the CEO Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a methodical, organized and detail‑oriented analyst to support the CEO’s office. You will analyze, review and continuously improve processes across the company, identifying systemic issues and proposing effective solutions. This position offers direct exposure to high‑impact initiatives driven by the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and define processes, detect systemic issues, and propose solutions, leading or supporting their implementation.
• Identify automation or improvement opportunities within the CEO’s administrative scope and document processes for scalability.
• Filter, classify, and route messages from the CEO’s LinkedIn and email accounts, applying business context to prioritize executive attention.
• Serve as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day communication from the CEO.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives that require executive sponsorship, translating high‑level priorities into structured execution plans.

Required profile

• Experience working with processes and operations.
• Methodical, organized and process‑driven mindset.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good level of English.
