About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide remote support to our Latin American clients. The role is fully remote and ideal for organized, detail‑oriented professionals who can manage documents, communications and data entry from a home office.
Key responsibilities
- Document processes and maintain accurate records.
- Upload, organize and manage files in Google Drive.
- Perform data entry and generate internal reports.
- Handle email correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
- Support research tasks and document handling.
- Perform other related administrative duties as needed.
Required profile
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- 1–5 years of experience in administration or virtual assistance.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
- Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
What we offer
- Monthly compensation equivalent to USD $696 – $1,044 (experience‑based).
