About the role

We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Search team and help identify senior leadership talent for BairesDev and its clients. This fully remote position focuses on sourcing, assessing, and placing executive‑level candidates across the United States market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to locate executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage the placement process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Expand professional networks to source qualified talent.
• Stay informed on market trends to refine recruitment approaches.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
