Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. This remote position places you at the heart of talent acquisition, acting as the primary liaison between candidates and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, follow up on their progress, and build strong relationships.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interviews and coding challenges, and serve as the nexus during client meetings.
• Schedule interviews, tests, and assessments while keeping candidates engaged.
• Gather and convey comprehensive candidate information to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.
