Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its global talent acquisition efforts. This remote position will help shape staffing strategies, ensure high‑quality candidate pipelines, and collaborate across multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for all open positions.
• Gather and verify detailed information about job profiles and assignment requirements.
• Partner with the recruiting department to source and evaluate candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to identify cross‑selling and farming opportunities.
• Recommend and implement improvements to recruiting and staffing processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with extreme attention to detail.
• Effective prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Desirable: at least 1 year of direct recruitment experience.
