About the role
BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its global talent acquisition efforts. This remote position will help shape staffing strategies, ensure high‑quality candidate pipelines, and collaborate across multiple internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the staffing strategy for all open positions.
- Gather and verify detailed information about job profiles and assignment requirements.
- Partner with the recruiting department to source and evaluate candidates.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work with Operations and Client Services to identify cross‑selling and farming opportunities.
- Recommend and implement improvements to recruiting and staffing processes.
Required profile
- Strong analytical ability with extreme attention to detail.
- Effective prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing or project management.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Desirable: at least 1 year of direct recruitment experience.
