Young Professional – Human Resources (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a motivated Young Professional to join its global Human Resources team. This remote position offers an entry‑level opportunity to support people‑focused initiatives and develop core HR skills alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Support day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating internal systems.
• Collaborate on engagement, well‑being, and culture projects.
• Help organize training and development activities, track participation, and gather feedback.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to aid data‑driven decision making.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of HR processes and the employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in people management, organizational culture, or HR operations.
• Empathetic, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
