IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage and staff its ongoing technology projects. Working remotely, you will act as a bridge between Client Services, Sales, and the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring the right technical talent is matched with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, select, and present pre‑vetted candidates for open IT positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, and recruitment teams to meet time‑to‑market and revenue goals.
• Review and filter candidate pipelines according to defined parameters.
• Write candidate summaries and edit resumes for effective presentation.
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with a process‑ and business‑focused mindset.
• Team‑first attitude and collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Advanced level of English.
