Unpaid Engagement & Talent Acquisition Internship

About the role

This unpaid internship offers a hands‑on experience in talent acquisition and operations within a fast‑paced remote environment. You will act as a primary point of contact for professionals in our talent network, helping them improve their profiles and become employer‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and SMS.
• Re‑engage talent network members and encourage active platform participation.
• Assist candidates in completing and enhancing their profiles, including work experience, skills, and preferences.
• Ensure profiles meet quality standards and are ready for employers.
• Educate candidates on the benefits of introductory video submissions and support them through the recording process.
• Answer candidate questions, provide best‑practice guidance, and clearly communicate platform value.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, and interaction notes.
• Keep the database current and well‑organized.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting through multiple communication channels.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, customer success, or operations.
• English proficiency is a plus.
