Technical Owner

About the role

As a Technical Owner you will steer technical decision‑making and guide agile squads to deliver scalable, high‑quality digital products. You will work closely with Product Owners, architects and engineering teams to align business value with technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions, evaluate architectural options and resolve conflicts.
• Promote engineering best practices, quality standards and continuous feedback across teams.
• Collaborate on backlog refinement, technical roadmap definition and product‑vision alignment.
• Monitor technical KPIs, system stability, environment availability and manage cross‑team dependencies.
• Guide architectural decisions, code‑quality standards, pull‑request reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Academic background in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong experience in software development (backend or frontend) and software architecture.
• Solid knowledge of databases, algorithms, design patterns, transaction management and security principles.
• Experience with modern engineering ecosystems such as Java, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps and cloud platforms.
• Desirable experience in financial‑services environments and enterprise‑scale systems.
