Tech Lead (Sanity CMS) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive large‑scale Sanity CMS migration projects for our U.S. clients. You will join the client’s existing engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers while working remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture decisions and guide engineering teams through complex CMS migration initiatives.
• Design and implement backend services, API‑driven architectures, and scalable distributed systems.
• Develop content schemas, migration tooling, and integration layers for Sanity CMS.
• Ensure data integrity, define migration strategies, and mitigate technical risks.
• Collaborate with product, content, and engineering stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record of large‑scale CMS migrations.
