Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical Sourcer)

About the role

Toptal is seeking a dedicated Technical Sourcer to join its global Sourcing team. This remote position focuses on building a high‑quality pipeline of software development experts for Toptal’s talent community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine a rigorous sourcing strategy to identify top software development talent worldwide.
• Identify, reach out to, and attract qualified professionals, collaborating closely with the Matching and Screening teams.
• Maintain a consistent, high‑quality candidate pipeline and monitor sourcing priorities.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to scale sourcing operations, create process playbooks, and meet defined KPIs.
• Leverage cutting‑edge, internally developed tools to enhance sourcing efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience sourcing or recruiting global technical talent with a proven success record.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced search, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Deep understanding of global talent pools and sourcing strategies.
• Strong ability to network, attend meetups, and present at developer events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
