About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Solution Architect to lead the definition and sourcing of technical talent for client projects. The role is fully remote and focuses on aligning client skill requirements with the company’s top‑tier talent pool.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to match engineers with specific project needs.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles.
• Work across multiple tech stacks, including web, mobile, QA, DevOps, and data domains.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates in various technologies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve time‑to‑market for staffing requests.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in software development across multiple domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced level of English.
