Salesforce Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives across distributed technology teams. The role blends strong Agile project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, and basic Salesforce administration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams, managing milestones, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and status meetings.
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, project plans, and delivery dashboards; prepare weekly status reports and executive updates.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders, driving timely resolution of blockers.
• Participate in Salesforce solution discussions and perform basic Salesforce administrative tasks, including configuration and Flow creation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of Project or Delivery Management experience in IT services or software development.
• Strong experience leading distributed Agile teams and managing client‑facing technology projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with project planning, RAID management, status reporting, delivery governance, and risk escalation.
