Senior Recruiter – Remote (Ecuador)

About the role

Workfully is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join its remote team in Ecuador. As a contractor you will work independently, using the platform’s tools to source, manage and place talent for a variety of global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for roles across GTM/commercial, technology, pharma/life‑science and blue‑collar sectors.
• Maintain relationships with clients, offering RPO, contract or contingent hiring solutions.
• Use the provided personal ATS, CRM and scheduling tools to track pipelines and coordinate interviews.
• Share candidate profiles with client teams and collaborate on hiring decisions.
• Leverage the Workfully community to increase visibility and attract new business.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong sourcing and client‑management capabilities.
• Proven experience hiring for multiple role types (commercial, tech, pharma, blue‑collar).
• Fluent English; additional local language(s) a plus.
• Based in Ecuador.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
• Use of scheduling and multiposting tools.
