Senior Recruiter (Remote Contractor)

About the role

Workfully is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its remote team in Ecuador. You will help independent recruiters build and scale their digital businesses while connecting top talent with global clients across more than 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Source, assess and present candidates for a wide range of roles, including GTM/commercial, tech, pharma/life‑science, and blue‑collar positions.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from brief to placement.
• Utilise Workfully’s personal ATS, CRM, scheduling and multiposting tools to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with clients to share candidate pools and increase visibility for future opportunities.
• Maintain a strong personal brand and contribute to the global recruiter community.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Proven sourcing and client‑management abilities.
• Experience hiring for diverse functions and industries.
• Fluent English; additional local language(s) are a plus.
• Based in Ecuador.
