Senior Mobile Developer – React Native

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer with deep expertise in React Native to join a collaborative, value‑driven team. You will help design and deliver high‑impact mobile solutions that create meaningful change for our clients while championing best engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, reusable, and well‑tested code using TDD, Jest and React Native Testing Library.
• Adopt and promote mobile architecture patterns, pair programming, and continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build innovative, human‑centered mobile experiences.
• Apply latest technology insights from our Technology Radar to solve client problems.
• Oversee the full software consulting lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Mentor less‑experienced peers and advocate for a mobile‑first culture.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and native platforms (Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android).
• Strong ability to write high‑quality, well‑tested code and understand both functional and object‑oriented paradigms.
• Knowledge of mobile constraints such as bridge performance, offline‑first operation, accessibility, and privacy.
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum, Kanban).
• Advanced English proficiency.
