Senior Mobile Developer – iOS

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer specialized in iOS to join a collaborative, value‑driven team. You will help design and deliver high‑quality mobile solutions that create meaningful change for our clients while championing best engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, reusable, well‑tested Swift code using TDD, SwiftUI and modern mobile architecture patterns.
• Advocate and apply continuous delivery practices, including mobile DevOps tools such as fastlane, Xcode Server and TestFlight.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—business analysts, designers, project managers—to build innovative, human‑centered experiences.
• Apply the latest technology insights from our Technology Radar to solve client problems.
• Guide the full software consulting lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Mentor less‑experienced peers, sharing technical knowledge and leadership.

Required profile

• Strong influence and advocacy for technical excellence.
• Active presence in the external tech community (talks, open‑source contributions, blogs).
• Resilience in ambiguous situations and ability to adapt.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Required skills

• Deep experience with Swift and UI development using SwiftUI.
• Proficiency in Protocol‑Oriented and Object‑Oriented programming within the iOS ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of TDD and mobile architecture patterns.
• Comfort with Agile methodologies (Extreme Programming, Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with mobile DevOps tools such as fastlane, Xcode Server, TestFlight (bonus).
