About the role

As a Senior Frontend Developer at BairesDev, you will design and build sophisticated web applications using React. You will lead frontend initiatives, mentor junior developers, and ensure high‑performance, scalable user interfaces that deliver exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced, scalable frontend architectures with React and modern web technologies.
• Lead technical design and architectural decisions for frontend solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices within the team.
• Develop complex, high‑performance React applications with optimized rendering and state management.
• Implement advanced state‑management solutions using Redux, Context API, or modern alternatives.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high‑quality code standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience with React and frontend development.
• Strong expertise in the React ecosystem and advanced frontend architecture.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and frontend build tools.
• Experience with state management, performance optimization, and complex UI development.
• Advanced knowledge of web performance and optimization techniques.
• Advanced level of English.
