About the role
The Customer Development Executive will lead the implementation of the 7P’s for multiple product categories within the supermarket channel. The role focuses on driving profitable sales growth, expanding point‑of‑sale distribution and increasing market share while maintaining a healthy credit portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Track commercial performance by monitoring sell‑in/sell‑out, market share (SOM) and CVS targets at SKU and category levels.
- Analyze inventory days and sub‑category stock levels to recommend actions that avoid stock‑outs or overstocking.
- Oversee trade investments, ensure execution of approved promotional deals and enforce credit and collection policies.
- Identify growth opportunities through data‑driven proposals and conduct proactive store checks.
- Maintain up‑to‑date Masterfile KPIs and monthly scorecards to spot business gaps and execution opportunities.
- Ensure timely listing and “Perfect Store” assortment of new products (NPI) across assigned banners.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in direct trade with supermarkets.
- Intermediate level of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience managing SAP systems.
