About the role

Revel Group EC is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join its growing team in Guayaquil. This role offers the chance to work within an internationally‑oriented commercial network backed by a North American multinational with over 60 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement commercial strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.
  • Manage, develop, and retain a portfolio of clients.
  • Achieve monthly performance indicators and sales targets.

Required profile

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑orientation skills.
  • Result‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting objectives.
  • Organized, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
