Ruby on Rails Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a talented Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our fully remote team. You will be responsible for building modern, responsive web applications while collaborating with a multicultural group of professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails web applications that adapt to various devices and screen sizes.
• Plan, execute, and oversee system‑engineering tasks to ensure efficient and flawless delivery.
• Maintain product consistency and document code throughout the development lifecycle.
• Create detailed technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing phases.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong front‑end skills in JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5.
• Experience with ReactJS, Flux, Redux or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Proficiency with ES2015, command‑line tools, APIs, and client‑side performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of coding best practices, data structures, and programming concepts.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
