About the role

We are a fast‑growing U.S. immigration law firm seeking a high‑performing Sales Closer based in LATAM. You will work remotely, handling qualified inbound leads and guiding prospects through the decision‑making process for premium legal services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Zoom or phone consultations with inbound leads.
• Lead empathetic, structured conversations to uncover client needs.
• Persistently follow up to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Close legal service retainers ranging from $3,000 to $12,000.
• Schedule and position paid attorney consultations.
• Maintain daily pipeline activity in the CRM.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1–C2 level) with clear, professional communication.
• Minimum 1 + year experience in high‑ticket closing, collections, retention, or payment recovery.
• Proven ability to sell to U.S.‑based clients via phone or Zoom.
• Strong objection‑handling and disciplined follow‑up skills.
• Comfortable discussing financial commitments.
• Highly self‑motivated, results‑driven, and available during EST hours.
• Based in LATAM.
