Sales Specialist – Dell Technologies

About the role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth across the Dell portfolio in Ecuador. The role involves supporting customers and business opportunities across multiple market segments while collaborating with teams in Panama and Miami.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and business growth across the Dell portfolio throughout Ecuador.
• Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify new opportunities.
• Promote Dell products, services, solutions, and new offerings aligned with customer needs.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from engagement to negotiation and close.
• Collaborate with internal teams in Panama and Miami to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Monitor market activity and customer needs to identify growth areas.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time to support customers, partners, and business needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in IT products, solutions, or services.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and manage a sales pipeline.
• Experience working across multiple markets or geographic regions is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the Dell portfolio (preferred).
• Proficiency with standard sales tools, systems, and processes.
