About the role

We are a fast‑growing U.S. immigration law firm seeking a results‑driven Sales Closer (or Cobranza Debt Collector) to engage qualified inbound leads. The role is fully remote for candidates located in LATAM and working EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Zoom or phone consultations with inbound prospects.
• Lead empathetic, structured conversations to uncover client needs and guide them toward legal service retainers.
• Persistently follow up to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Close high‑ticket legal service contracts ranging from $3,000 to $12,000.
• Schedule and position paid attorney consultations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity in the CRM on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1‑C2 level) with clear, professional communication.
• Minimum 1 + year experience in high‑ticket closing, collections, retention, or payment recovery.
• Proven success selling to U.S.‑based clients via phone or Zoom.
• Strong objection‑handling and disciplined follow‑up skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable discussing financial commitments.
• Based in LATAM and available during EST business hours.
