About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software delivery for distributed Agile teams across Ecuador and Colombia. The role is fully remote and focuses on planning, execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Plan, manage, and track project delivery from initiation to closure.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and status meetings.
Manage project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
Prepare project status reports and stakeholder updates.
Ensure timely delivery and resolve project blockers.

Required profile

8+ years of Project Management experience in IT or software development.
Strong experience managing Agile projects and distributed teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
